We had Pipe Wrench come to replace a defective outside faucet, correct a dripping bath tub faucet and fix a defective valve on a toilet. The service person arrived on time; he was a master plumber with many years of experience, was polite, and gave us an up-front estimate of cost. It was readily apparent that Pipe Wrench pricing was at the premium level, but justified by the expertise of the master plumber sent and the overall quality of the work. All repairs were completed appropriately and within a reasonable time range, at less than the price quoted. The Pipe Wrench plumber even cleaned up all "mess" and put all items moved back in place. This was overall quite a good experience, definitely worth more than the four 4 star rating given - but not 5 stars (there was no option for a 4 1/2 star rating) because the toilet was not checked for functionality after the valve was repaired. It turns out that the toilet runs continuously after flushing, so must have a defective part which could have been replaced during the same service call if it had been detected by testing post the valve repair.
