I dropped my 2008 Altima in for an oil change which was completed before noon, but what is remarkable, is that I asked Tom if I should consider a Transmission Fluid change. He said no! Given the age of the car it would be too expensive and not worth it. I respect Tom as he does not try to pad the bill. I feel he values his customer relationships.
