Well to start off I really don't like going to the dentist. But when I got there Katie receptionist was very nice and helped me get my paperwork filled out. When I went back Rachel the technician was extremely kind. And made my visit worry free. You're very fortunate to have such a kindhearted and professional technician such as Rachel! She is one of the reasons I plan to go back to Aspen in Ames..
