The service manager misunderstood which door had the rattle and through a comedy of errors, when I returned to pick up the car, the problem hadn't been resolved. So I had to return another day to have the problem corrected. However, even when they make a mistake, (which is hardly ever and who doesn't make an error once in a while) Marty's makes it right by apologizing and always being a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Marty's to my friends and clients.
