There are a number of things that I liked about my experiences with Comfort First Heating & Cooling. I liked the promptness, for one thing. I also liked the people who came out to repair my old system before I bought a new one. They looked at the old system and figured out what needed to happen. I also liked the office staff. They were always good to work with as far as scheduling goes.
After a while of them coming out to repair my old system I decided to have a new one installed. They did the work on the new system which was converted to the old duct work of our house. The system functions perfectly well. The problem is that my gas bill was supposed to go down. Unfortunately I've just started to realized that since the new system was installed it has actually gone up!
I already recommended Comfort First Heating & Cooling to a friend and they are very happy with their system. We looked into things a bit more and realized that their machine has an efficiency rating of 16 (which is supposedly very high) while the rating on my machine is 14 (which is supposedly very low). This helps explain my gas bill but I'm confused about why I received a less efficient machine.
Maybe sales could have worked with me better, but I'm not really sure. I don't understand why my machine is not very efficient and my friend's is. I liked them a lot up to that point because they came out to repair my old system and have always done good work. The results just were not as efficient as I expected them to be and now it is costing me more money than before. I think I will continue to use them to keep it serviced, though, certainly.
