Pricing was competitive, Chris was very courteous and friendly, I see opportunity for this business to grow with the right planning and actions. -- Will say the customer waiting area needs help, it was cold in the waiting area, no tables to work on for customers waiting for repair work, not much TLC to the physical environment for the customer, the hand painted crooked sign on the wall worried me at first, but they fixed my car which is why I went there.
