I was having major allergy issues due to floor related problems. Once I called and spoke to Ken, he was out the next day for an estimate. The crew replaced my floor as soon as they had a free day. The installers were professional and the floor looks outstanding. They finished more quickly than the estimated time. Ken was always available to answer any questions by phone or email.
