I was mostly happy with how the service from Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating went. The work itself went fine, and we haven't had any issues since with the areas they worked on. The only complaint I have is that the first tech came out to the store, and instead of coming in or calling he just waited in his truck outside, and when I didn't come out, he left without doing the work. I called to complain and they said they would send someone out the next day, the person who arrived did the same thing and just waited out in his car, thankfully after a while of waiting this worker came and knocked on the door to let me know he had arrived. Overall the work itself went well, but the customer service could have been better.
