The company may seem like a great place to do business with, but the employees are fake in their empathy with us customers. I have had severe problems with a technician, and a few customer svs. people. I believe this company only cares about themselves and the money they can make off of us. I decided to call Bonney plumbing heating and air, and they got wind of what happened. They we so kind and empathetic to my crisis that they actually came to my home and fixed the problem free of charge, as well as reassuring me that I would never have to deal with such a let down. The problem with companies like bellbrothers is that they have no compassion for others. I told the guy on the phone that my mother was sick and terminally ill, and all he said was, ""okay sir I'm sorry but you still have to pay her balance due and when can I set an apt?"" This guy was a complete joke. I have never been so upset and disappointed by a company before. bellbrothers will be rated on every possible site by me. I have told many people about this and don't think anyone should ever have to go through such an experience.
