A search for issues in error messages lead to a 150.00 charge that lead to no answer - but did find mechanical issues above what was being sought. Staff very kind, helpful and willing to look further but I could not as a limited budget is hard to search and not get to the bottom of the error messages - the clearing of all error codes - and being told to start it 5-7 time to see new current error code left me with another fee to see what might show up. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth for 150.00 and no answer on issue. What to do next has kept me in limbo now for 3 weeks with no sure direction....
