Alex was very courteous and very quick during the appointment
however our appointment being from 8-11 am and after me having to call three times(call at 9am, call at 10am and at 11) for an eta during our three hour window and having our tech still be over 30 mins late. we find out that we have the wrong person out at our home and have to have another whole appointment (another three hour window) and another day off work.
lets hope the next appointment goes smoother.
