I was greeted almost as soon as I pulled up for an oil change (without an appointment, I may add). My car was moved right away and all were smiling, natural - not put on. Told how long it would take, shown the waiting room (did not need to be shown since this is the only place I have taken my car since I got it).The car was delivered sooner then said and the checkout was quick and efficient.
I cannot say enough good things about the people and the dealership.
