I'm not sure what was the issue. There wasn't that many patients in the office and I waited over 40 mins after my checkup to sit down for a few minutes to schedule an appointment for cleaning before I was able to leave. Other than that my visit was excellent, friendly staff, very professional, and everything was quick straight to the point.
