Very early yesterday morning I left a vm requesting an appointment to evaluate tooth pain that started suddenly. Meena promptly returned the call and an appointment was scheduled for 1pm.
I was warmly greeted by Tiffany, Meena and Marji. Lavanda escorted me to a treatment room where Dr. Passes performed an evaluation. Dr. Passes gave a through explanation of what he believed the situation was-a cracked tooth, even though x-ray was not definitive - and the recommended treatment. It quickly became evident that his diagnosis was correct - a cracked tooth - as he proceeded with treatment. I was kept informed throughout the process and my comfort/needs were addressed frequently. I left with explicit instructions and Dr. P called later that night to check that I was ok.
I have been a patient of his for over 20 years. During that time Dr. P and his staff have consistently exhibited quintessential customer care/service, professionalism, compassion and dedication.
