the staff are all professional and pleasant, I feel Aspen provides satisfactory dental care overall. My one complaint is the procedure of having to go back out into the waiting room after I'm done and wait AGAIN to be called back into the office to settle my bill and/or make my next appointment. I don't see why patients can't just stop at the desk on the way out instead, as it used to be. I am mobile and in good health but for people with mobility issues, small children, poor health, it's inconvenient to have to do that. Sitting in the waiting room ONCE is enough, my time is valuable too, when I'm done I want to leave. Please consider streamlining the checkout process...
