The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The work was done on a chandelier with several bulbs, some which are difficult to change because of their height and location. This, I especially appreciated that, on his own initiative, he offered to change some of the harder-to-reach bulbs as a preventive measure, thus saving me from aggravation down-the-road.
