I had an appointment for a Monday to have my Acura MDX transmission looked at. My vehicle decided to brake down the Wednesday before the week of the Monday I was scheduled to have my vehicle come in. I called Meridian Family Auto a few minutes before they closed and explgoing that I did not have an appointment until the following Monday but my Acuras transmission decided to go out before my scheduled date. I told them my wife could not get it in gear to drive it and I have a tow on the way. I asked if I could just have it towed to there shop earlier then Monday and it was like they were more then happy to take my vehicle early. They explained to me that becuase new years eve was that week that they might not still get to it until Monday. Not only did I get a call from them on Saturday to tell me that they have been looking at the problem but they had a complete diagnosis done that they already new what the cost would be. For someone that depends on that vehicle it is nice to know that they understand how quick it means to there customers to understand what it is going to take to get there vehicle back on the road.
