The communication at the time of the appointment with A1 Carpet Care was great. I had an appointment slot from 12 pm to 3 pm. They called me to let me know it would be at 3 pm, then called me 20 minutes before arriving. So, I was able to take a lunch to go to my house. The carpet cleaning was for the traffic areas in my living room. I can't even see there was anything there. It was great!
