I was excited about having my home cleaned by a professional company. We have had a hard summer and my house had been neglected. I made the appointment to get an Estimate Proposal, we walked through the house and discussed things that needed to be done. She gave me a "White Glove Service Card" which explained all that would be cleaned. When the girls arrived they were very congenial and I felt very confident that my house would be clean. However, when I called to complain about a few things that had been missed, I was told that a guarantee of service do not apply since I was not a continued customer. My decision whether to become a regular customer or not was decided with their decision. In dusting, things were missed and my couch was not vacuumed at all. If they had given me any other response than, I do not qualify for a guarantee of work, I would not have been so disappointed. I definitely would not recommend a company that does not take care of a paying customer whether they are a one time cleaning or a regular customer.
