From Brandon taking my first call in the office to Nate servicing my home for the first time, I was left with a "WOW" first impression. My yard and attic space had been hit by rats which is not uncommon given our drought conditions. Nate the service tech had barely pulled away from the front of my house and the rats were already in the bait box feasting away.
