I am disabled and rely on my daughter to help set appointments and talk to service people. All too often we find she is not taken seriously or offered much needed information. Responses to her questions fall short and often she is spoken "down to" I believe this happens because of her young age and being a woman. The main reason I chose Auto Select to do the large amount of work on my van was because of the way my daughter was treated. Lia had been so pleased with her recent experience and I was so impressed with the wonderful help she received when gathering info for the work I needed done. Everyone we had contact with was so very nice and informative. We were treated as if we were valued and it meant so very much.
