Background: The car hit a curb breaking/bending suspension parts and damaging both wheels and one tire on the passenger side.
Repairs: Repairs took nearly two weeks, too long. Having said that there are two reasons the repairs took that long. 1) they had to wait on an insurance adjuster on at least two occasions. 2) They did not simply assume all suspension parts were bent and replace them all. Instead they replaced the obvious and could not align the wheels and had too replace more parts not obviously bent. This is a good thing; even though it took more time, costs were kept to a minimum.
The car has since been on a 1200 mile road trip with no problems.
p.s. One of the mechanics left some dirty prints on the headliner and 'A' pillar upholstery. They cleaned it up well and in very little time.
I have given them 4 of 5 stars because I never give the highest rating to anyone unless the service is unheard ofly stupendous and free. Their service is only great.
