We contacted John Waters a couple of months ago for a second opinion as to whether the condensation pump needs to be replaced in one of our rental properties. We were told by another company before that the pump was not working and needed to be replaced. We were looking at $550 for the replacement and re-routing the water line to the sink. We then contacted John Waters, they sent over an older gentleman (don't remember his name). He was very professional and thorough. He told us that the condensation pump worked just fine and it was the kinks in the waterline that caused the water to backup. My husband took this gentleman's advice, went to Lowes got a $7.50 tubing and re-route the water line himself to the outside. Problem solved!!! We saved $500 because the technician from John Waters was professional and honest!!!
When we had an issue with the AC in our own house, we called up John Waters again. Pam was very helpful in setting up the appointment. The technician, Stephen, was on time, very professional and did an excellent job in helping us solving the problem!
