I've gone to the same auto place for maintenance and issues for 6 years. Honestly didn't know the difference between these places. After awhile I finally researched other places to go. Not only is Bothell Way Garage closer to where I live, but I had a much better experience here. Unlike the other place I went, their lobby is clean, the staff are real with you, friendly and helpful, and most importantly seem to really know what they're doing. After getting it back, I've noticed many subtle improvements in my cars functionality. It drives and brakes and operates in general better than before...noticeably. This is what I look for when I get my car worked on. And I thought the cost breakdown was clear and fair for the work they did. Thanks, BWG!
