I went in for a scheduled maintenance check on a Friday morning. They informed me it would take around 30 minutes for the check and an additional 30 minutes or so for a small recall issue. I was greeted as I pulled in by Mark(?) who promptly got my paperwork started. The lounge is comfortable and has a variety of snacks, TV's, and computers to keep you busy while you wait. I was happy to watch the US Open tennis match while I waited. Right about an hour later I was told my car was ready. After a quick explanation of what was done to my car and the costs(none this time), I was ready to leave. It was a nice touch washing my car and saved me a few bucks since it was due for a trip to get washed that week.
