I've recently gone through a transition from our former technician to the new one. The older, experienced tech was "on it" with any and all requests. Our new guy (Willie) seems to be okay, but still learning.
Willie came out to de-bug the interior of my home, yet the spiders and ants continue to emerge. I'll call him again to another visit. I don't want toxic chemicals in my home, but I don't want bugs/insects/rodents either.
