Brought car in for service. Was told I DIDN'T NEED what I'd come for---saved $1000. Cap Tire found some problems I hadn't considered. Total bill very reasonable. Gave me a ride to/from home, busted their collective hump to get the repair done in one day, and STAYED a little late to make sure I got it. I'll never need another car care facility, as long as I live in Madison!
