I am the president of HOA for my gated community. R&S has been servicing us since 2008, and we are currently in the process of possibly updating our gate system. I don't have any complaints with their business. They do annual checks on the gate/system, respond quickly to emergency calls, and have even done complete operator changes and repairs. Whenever we implement new changes they make sure to explain and demonstrate. They do callbacks and followup to assure that everything is operating correctly. Their quotes are fair, and everything is under warranty. Our experience with them has been positive. I wouldn't use anyone else.
