We have had a few different experiences with Daniel Flooring. On the first occasion Daniel and Dave came and they were great. Everything was flawless, and we did not have one problem. The second time we used them, the crew had been under staffed. Only one guy was able to come out to do our floors and he was very upset about it. He was very angry about working alone, but pushed to get the job done, so the work was sloppy. The imperfections were very obvious to the eye, but he only had excuses for his workmanship. It was just a completely different experience from the first one we had, had.
Daniel is super accessible, and quick to respond. He is fantastic as far as fixing problems goes. When we reached out to him to complain about the service we received on the second occasion, he resolved it. Daniel insisted that the same worker come back to our home to re-do the floors. He holds his employees accountable which is great. He is very concerned about getting the job done right, and making his customers happy. After the employee returned to re-do the floors we were happy with the final result; but he had to completely strip them out and do them again. I appreciated Daniel's follow through.
