SAD TO SEE A DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE CAN LEAVE A REVIEW THAT CLEARLY SHOWS HOW HE WOULD STILL LIKE TO BE THERE. I'VE KNOWN THE CAHILL'S, JIM AND THE REST OF THE BOYS OVER AT CAHILL'S TIRE FOR YEARS. JIM TRIED HIS HAND AT RUNNING THE BUSINESS AND COULDN'T GET THE JOB DONE, SO THEY HIRED SOMEONE THAT COULD. FROM THAT MOMENT ON, JIM TURNED SOUR LEADING UP TO THEM HAVING TO LET HIM GO. A SHAME, ENJOYED OUR TALKS. BUT THE BUSINESS HAS SKY-ROCKETED SINCE THEN, WITH A PARKING LOT FULL OF CARS DAILY. WITH HAPPY AND UN-HAPPY CUSTOMERS ALIKE LEAVING THE PARKING LOT. IN MY EXPERIENCE, THE UN-HAPPY CUSTOMERS ARE USUALLY UN-HAPPY TO FIND THEIR CARS NEED MORE WORK THAN THEY EXPECTED AND IF NOT HAVING CAHILL'S DO THE WORK THEY END UP SOMEWHERE THAT WILL REPAIR THE CAR HALF WAY, ENOUGH TO GET IT GOING AND BACK ON THE ROAD WITH THEM THINKING THEY GOT THE BEST DEAL IN THE WORLD. AND THAT'S FINE, TO EACH HIS OWN. AT CAHILL'S THEY WILL NOT REPAIR A CAR HALFWAY ""JUST TO GET IT GOING"" ITS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO THINGS AS FAR AS ANYONE'S CONCERNED. THE CAR WILL COME BACK AND THE CUSTOMER WOULD BE UN-HAPPY ANYHOW. ITS A LOSE - LOSE ANYWAY WHICH WAY YOU LOOK AT IT. THEY'VE TREATED ME WITH HONESTY AND RESPECT SINCE THE DAY I STARTED GOING THERE AND AT TIMES, YES, I'M NOT THRILLED WITH THE AMOUNT THAT I NEED TO SPEND, BUT I KNOW THAT IT ALL NEEDS TO BE DONE AND IF ITS NOT DONE TODAY IT COULD, A - CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS DOWN THE ROAD, OR B - CREATE A DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR ME OR ANOTHER DRIVER ON THE ROAD. ON TOP OF THAT, IF I DO HAVE ANY QUESTIONS THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM PHYSICALLY SHOWING ME WHATS GOING ON OR EDUCATING ME ON WHATEVER MY QUESTION OR CONCERN IS. SO LONG STORY SHORT, I TRUST THE CAHILL'S TO KEEP MINE AND MY CHILDRENS CARS IN TIP TOP SHAPE AND SAFE ON THE ROAD. FOR THOSE WHO AREN'T SO CONFIDENT, ASK THEM TO SHOW YOU OR EDUCATE YOU, AT THE LEAST YOU WILL HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY IT NEEDS ATTENTION. CHEERS!! AB
