Not very good at making the customer happy! Every time I wanted to make a policy change to downgrade they never followed through... told me it took at least a month to go through and then it never did. One person told me that they couldn't send me policy info by e-mail because corporate changed the policy and wouldn't allow them to do it anymore... and then another actually SENT it to me by e-mail the next day. They'll give you super fast service whenever you want to cancel your policy though!\r

Months ago I spoke with Jackie herself to make a change to my policy and later found out that she upgraded me rather than downgraded. Can't remember the gentleman who USED to work there, but he was the only one I liked and now he is gone. Very misleading!
