Took our car in to Quickalign because the AC was not cooling properly. Eric, who has always taken great care of us in the past, got us checked in quickly and told us not to worry - they would have a diagnosis ASAP. When he called me a few hours later, Eric told me that they had discovered the coolant was low in the system, and no actual repairs were needed. He said they had recharged the system and it was cooling much better! They could have easily told me that we needed hundreds of dollars of repairs....I would not have known any better. But they are very trustworthy, and treat you like a friend, not just another customer.
