We had to wait a bit to get an appointment because they (and every other company) were slammed due to the Washington "heat wave". I liked that they offered to put me on a cancelation list. the repairman made sure I had all info to decide on repair or replacement. When the replacement salesman arrived he was polite and informative. He even crawled under the house to see if he could help us with another air flow issue. I felt he really helped me make the best choice for our home. The Work crew was great, polite & gave us more info. We are so happy with our decision. New system works so much better than our other one. Huge amount of air flow & it's cooling off nicely. Smart thermostat will take some getting used to but I like it.
