I felt like I could trust Mr. Handyman of Kansas City North's handyman in my house, we had two teenagers at home and he just seemed like a great representative for them. The job done well, he was pleased with the equipment and he explained to us exactly how it worked. There was a challenge when I wanted him to replace my back door but he couldn't, and had to come back the next day to put the old door back on, which they didn't charge me for. On the first day it rained which was a challenge as well but he was able to get the job done on the roof vents, and even though he had to come back to reseal the vents we weren't charged for that either. Liz is also really wonderful, she moves everyone around to where they need to go, and the manager Davis is also friendly and knows what he is doing.
