I purchased a jumper from this company as I also have a party rental business; when I called to pick it up I was told I could go at any time. I drove about 35 miles and when I got there the owner told me that I had to wait outside because her employees were having lunch. I told her that my children would be off from school and I would not be able to pick them up if I waited; she did not care and closed the door on my face. I had already paid for the jumper and had to wait. When they finally help me it did not take them longer than 10 minutes to load it on my truck. It was a horrible experience!!!
