Martin installed grab bars in the bathroom for my elderly parents. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was so kind and personable. My mother was very resistant to having this work done, and wasn't shy about voicing her opinion. Martin was so good with her. He listened to her and made her feel included in the process.
