This is the worst cable company I have ever been involved with. The customer service is awful. They lie to you all the time. If they tell you they'll call you back don't believe it. That will never happen. Five different times I was told that and not once did anyone call. Our cable and Internet have been out. It will be two weeks before they can come out to fix it . No compensation from them. There's that customer service again.
