Nick Cassaro is as straight forward sales person as you could expect, eager , helpful easy to work with. An obscure nuance concerning XM radio fooled all of us as it was expected to have been built into the vehicle. Found out two days after I bought it, not so, and can't be enabled if not integrated at the factory(VIN readout confirmed it). We resolved the issue with their buying the aftermarket kit and offering to install it at N/C. Love the car, happy with the radio, good people to work with!
