We had several difficulties with Moseley Brothers Inc. We had two meetings to discuss quotes. In the first, we explained our wants and needs so they could prepare a quote. In the second meeting, instead of giving a quote based off of our demands they had changed it. They were more concerned with working off of a number, instead of listening to what we wanted. Once the process started they asked for our help with measurements, and decisions, etc., but we had to have a lot of the work redone because of the mistakes they made. They were helpful within reason when they were asked to fix their mistakes. I think that they were just inefficient and probably overbooked. I felt like I paid for an A team and got a B team instead.
