I liked my salesman, Paul Lash, but I didn't like what they offered for my Optima nor the lackluster a.c. and trouble it took me to get $150 knocked off the price to fix it. In retrospect, they should have offered more for both my awesome car and the repair of a.c. I have yet to get it fixed and this heat wave is relentless. On my way home I realized I should have held out for more trade in value. I hate that I have to negotiate with someone behind a door. I will recommend only to those who don't mind the system that most car dealerships use to negotiate.
