My regular house cleaner moved away after 10 years and I was forced to try a service. The first cleaning was $300 and resulted in destruction to one of my bath tubs, it looks like someone stood on the Soap dish and it broke off. The cleaning was OK. I have used the service 3 times and been well over charged for cleaning my 2 bedroom home that only I and my cat exist in. I am never home as I travel a lot for work- my house does not get "dirty" just dusty and there is cat hair. I will not use Maid Brigade again due to the extreme pricing that Management there seems to think is OK to charge. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of your customers. You have lost me and I would not recommend. Each Time I had service I would come home to find left behind cloths or bags of trash or things not put back in their right place and the broken bath tub which I will have to replace the entire tub unit. For the Price- So not worth it!
