I rent a car once or twice a year and Enterprise has always been pretty reliable. I book a couple of weeks ahead of my scheduled date of need and call about three days before to verify my rental date and time of pick up. If I need a ride for pick up or after I return the rental, they provide it. The staff in the Manteca office have been very friendly and accommodating. Wait was not bad and going through the process is not too long. The car I rented was a Hindi Accent, clean inside and out. Was surprised as to how roomy and comfortable it was for a small vehicle. Did not have the best pick up upon acceleration but other than that it ran well and I had no problems with it. Would not mind renting it again. I give them four stars and plan to rent again.
