I asked for support in finding out why my A/C wasn't working. Technician was supposed to show up between 2 and 6 pm on Friday. He showed up at 6:30 without a call to notify. He diagnosed my system by checking the external coil and performing a leak test where the line comes out of the main unit inside the house, and said it didn't look like it was leaking. I asked if the line could have a leak, he stated yes, and then said he could not check the lines do to a crawl space. He also stated it could be the internal coil on the inside unit, but I saw no inspection of this occur. He put 2.5 pounds of refridgerant and charged me nearly 400 dollars. I have been calling to speak with someone about the credibility of the inspection. 4 calls and 7 business days later, and no call back, and shockingly, my A/C unit which has never had an issue except for this leak, just failed again. I am very frustrated at the lack of service and sense of urgency from this company. I highly recommend you do not use them. I had to as the house I bought had the system installed 5 years ago, and it was still under warranty. I tried the right avenue for repair, but it feels like the wrong one. more
