Your Technician did a wonderful PR job for your company. I have lived in this home for 9 months now. Your schedule service is once every 90 days. This is grossly inadequate for the service needed at my residence. I am continually pestered by small flying, biting, nuisance pests that get into my home on a regular (daily, nightly) . Your service is billed on a qarterly basis and that is unsatisfactory with me. I need it to be billed monthly and I need spraying monthly not quarterly. Its your schedule of Quarterly and billing Quarterly that has caused me to leave. You seem to be completely unflexable regarding those two items.
