Very disappointing service every time. I used them for about three months and really they were never able to leave my home in a manner that I was happy with. \r
The stairs didn't look like they were cleaned at all, the floor downstairs was mopped with something that left streaks on the floor, every foot print was on display. My closet floors in my bedroom didn't appear to have been dusted or wiped off, the mirrors were not wiped/cleaned, in neither the master bedroom or my daughters room. My husbands office was forgotten once and not well cleaned the next. Our bathroom started growing mold on the shower tiles and when I pointed it out to the lady she kindly cleaned it, but only half way. She was covering for the lady that normally comes, so I guess she felt it was not her job or fault. not sure. - For by-weekly services; mold in the bathroom should never be. I was beyond disappointed in the results every time. Their last visit I was left wondering what did they actually clean? Also the ladies were smokers and I could smell the cigarette around them. I just really would not recommend them at all. I don't think their staff really knows how to clean properly. The office staff is very courteous, kind and willing, but their cleaning staff really needs to be trained a whole lot
