Due to the age of the property, a few of the steps to my apartment were in rough shape. When one of them broke, I reported it to Debbie and Cynthia in the maintenance department, and not only did they get back to me quickly, but they sent repairman David Helms out to replace not just the broken step, but many of the others in need of repair without me asking! It makes a huge difference when people go above and beyond! I'm very happy with where I'm living and very satisfied with the care T.R. Lawing Realty provides!
