I've used Navis Pack and Ship a number of times, as a contractor for freight. They crate it, package it, unpack it, and even assemble whatever I need. Lots of contractors just want to get the job done, and their biggest concern is the bottom line. Not Navis. Their philosophy is focused on customer service, and it really seems to be the most important quality to them. I really appreciate that.
