I struggled with my rental car while in town two weeks ago. The first car I rented had the check engine light come on the same day I picked it up. Asking for help was a nightmare! The tow truck went to the wrong state and I was left waiting for hours. The second rental car ran fine but didn't have a working radio. Dan- from this location, felt my pain. He helped by giving me a free rental day and apologized profusely. If Dan were in charge, things would run a lot more smoothly over at enterprise.
