My experience was HORRIBLE. First I plan my vacation a year in advance . From the time I got to the Dealership till I brought TRUCK back it was messed up. Enterprise did not have a car for me so I got a truck. So it rained and all our stuff got wet . Just poor CSR. and to be told the staff is told to take all reservations regardless wasn't what I wanted to hear. An up grade isn't good if you don't want a truck .
