I brought my car last November from Johns Creek to Ben with the hope he could remove a smoke smell that was in the car. I had just purchased it pre-owned, and everything about the car was perfect, except the smell. We tried everything else we read about online and nothing got rid of the smell. I took it to Ben's Auto Detail Center and dropped it off. He used a process to kill the bacteria as well as wipe out the smell. I am writing to say that it has been 7-8 months, and the weather has gone from cold to hot. Not even a trace of the smell is left in the car. I highly recommend their service, especially if you have this or a similar problem. Great people, and Ben is as professional as he can be.
